If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our returns policy, which applies to products purchased from us, states that you may return any item to us within 14 days for exchange or a full refund, minus original postage costs of £2.50 per order. We ask that you only return goods with careful thought and in emergencies only, as each product is printed to order and will not necessarily be reusable. To return an item, email info@oxfordfineart.com us stating your invoice number and reason for return. We will then email you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order to us. Once we receive your returned order, we will be able to process a refund or exchange goods. Please note - goods must be returned in perfect condition, packaged carefully in the original packaging. We unfortunately cannot refund shipping costs in addition to the cost of the item, as shipping costs are included in the price.
