David Mostyn

David Mostyn has been working as a cartoonist, book illustrator, layout artist, typographer, art director and graphic designer since 1962. Educated in South Africa, he worked there for a short time before returning to London. He spent many years as an advertising Art Director before moving to the gentler world of publishing. He has appeared on Children’s BBC, the Generation Game and at the Edinburgh Festival. He regularly gives talks in schools and bookshops about drawing and cartoons. He is married with two children, and lives and works in Oxford.
